I had a question but this site wont let me for some reason so I decided to ask it in here. I'm constantly feeling anxiety and it's not to bad really but I have panics attacks through out the day, really intense ones. I feel ok for the time being besides the shaking and sweating but always later on in the day I get real bad panic attacks, I would like to know if anyone has any ideas on what I should do before later on in the day comes. Now I fear the end of the day because it's the worse and I know whats going to happen and I dread it and fear it. It's the fear of having another really intense panic attack, I also fear the day I go home ( I'm visiting my mom) and I live over 100 miles south of here and it's a long ride home. The ride up here sucked really bad, I had several panic attacks and felt like passing out and I can't ask my friend to pull over every few minutes. I wish some one would just knock me out before hand.

I haven't the money at this time to fill my px, but yes a doctor has given me klonipin. I have tried therapy and for some reason it hasn't any effect on me. But I do appreciate the suggestion. Thank you for your comment

Most major pharmaceutical companies have programs to help you pay for medications if you cannot afford them. For more information on the programs:

I have used these programs for my son and it is an easy process. This might help you.
