The stomach

I don't know if any one else has this problem but, does anyone else have a funny, tense, tingling and/or turning feeling in their stomach just before an attack? That's how my start most of the time and some times milk or orange juice can contribute to it. I think I'm going to try eating a lot of yogurt, I hear that it is good for the gut and maybe it'll help. It's how it starts every morning, my stomach feels real tense and vibrates a little and when I get up I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack so I rush into the kitchen and pop a klonopin.
