Hi - Im a 47 year old male who has had panic disorder on and off for 20 years....During MAJOR panic attacks, I FAINT.....black out...wake up drenched in sweat...sometimes vomiting...sometimes diarhea....sometimes shaking......ive been tested for everything under the sun, including epilepsy...and its all negative...so i have a weird form of panic disorder......prior to panic...i use to fly all over the world......and once panic hit at age 30.....i pretty much lived a life of going to work and coming home.....i was treated with 10 mg prozac and .5mg klonopin , along with change in diet...ie no sugar, no liquor, no smoking, no caffeine...i recovered and started to fly again......i relapsed 4 times into panic disorder......and in the last several years, ive been fainting more often....i currently can only tolerate 5 mg prozac.....and tried other meds...dont really help.......and had intense cbt for 6 months......im also a runner and workout and eat well..meditate, etc....ANY ADVICE for a FAINTER.......I havent flown internationally in 7 years......i blacked out 2x on a plane...bad experiences..
