    If one cant think is way out of it when it occurs, what does one do ?

    I understand the concept or (fact) should I say of our biological evolution and I agree with it, the thing is tough that when a episode happen's there is the discomfort of it and for me...man of 21 century my instinct tell me to ''think'' it out, especialy these day's as I am in withdrawl of benzo's I find it hard not to give in to it at times, even if I know that my anxiety is quite normal considering...what I'm going trough.
