Hello Betty welcome to the site

The art of communication is not something that we are born with, we have to learn it that being said I know how GAD can make someone feel, so you ''think'' that you are a burden that must be hard to have on your mind especially for someone with GAD, so what I would suggest to you if I may is to try just ''try'' to have a good conversation with your boyfrtiend to know if he feels like your a burden to him, but one thing you should know before asking the question is to ask yourself if you are ready to have the answer to it.

Being in a relationship is not a one way street as you know and communication is a key that every relationship should have.

Guess what I'm trying to say to you is dont stay in Doubt.

    Hope my reply was helpfull

    Be Well
