    Thank you for your comment!  The information that you'll find in the triggers posts mainly comes from about 30 years of many, many peoples' experiences (not all my experience, as I've only been working with people for about 18 years) that I and two other people have compiled.

     


    So, if you find that you have anything to add, please do so.  The best information we have is what comes from people who have courageously struggled to overcome anxiety.
