Hi !

I dont know what kind of med your trying to weed off from but...if its in the familly of benzodiazepine (tranquillizer) you need to know the withdrawl effects of this type of meds

thanks, but i have talked to my doctor i take calexa he has me cut my pill in half take that everyday this week then next week everyother day i have tried this cold turkey that was a big NO NO....maybe i should of waited to go back to work..and stayed on short term disability till i was completely off my meds.

Suffolk is right, With any medication who should know of the withdraw symtoms before stopping all the sudden. The doctor usually has to slowly lower your dosage little by little. I ran out of meds once and for two days it was afull. Hope you have success in getting off your meds.

well i started my meds again the doctor said it was a bad idea for me to decide to come off of them anyway because i can't function without them...so i'm doing a little better now!
