i'm only 30!

i hate stress and anxiety its aging me really fast i look like i'm 37...which holy crap doesn't help the agoraphobia! so i've decided to make some life changes. I started yoga, changed my diet and i wanted to know if i could find anymore breathing and relaxation exercies i could try? I can't go on like this it'll kill me!Frown

Hello,

 

I am 28yrs old and have what I think is pretty severe anxiety. I worry about everything and make up scenarios in my head before I even know what's going on or whats been said. iIm setting up an app with a Psychologist and have been told that I probably need anti-anxiety drugs. Do you feel they are helping you?

I'msick or worrying and afraid its going to ruin my relationship and life

ive actually had to come off my meds they were putting me into manic phases i am bipolar and have anxiety and panic disorder...the medicines werent helping me at all so my physchiatrist took me off them and gave me atavan...for my worst anxiety take as needed he said.
