Thanks for sharing this website address.  It's always good to have a variety of solutions to a problem like anxiety.  What works for one person may not work for another.

So... If I were you going to this support group... When it was my turn to speak I would have an all out panic attack. I can't even stop @ red lights with cars around thnking that every single person is looking @ me. Paranoia. It's like a grind of teeth to sit there so still if someone was in fact looking @ me they might think I would be a manican. The only thing that I have found to work is the medication, sadly.
