Hi:

I read Lynne's article today, and unfortunately, could identify with a lot of what she was saying.

One of the most disabling things about GAD(IMO),is that When a person is engaged in worrying about the smallest things in life, then when  the "big" worry issues in life pop up,the person really has a major dillemma on their hands. When I start worrying about the small things,I start to tell myself that they're just that, small things. It works for a little while, but then the worry starts back up again.Very frustrating experience!
