My Anxiety

this is my first post, and I don't know exactly what to write here. Well last year I was diagnosed with anxiety, and the doctors put me on medication for it. Great info for Anxiety and/or Bipolar

There are two great tools that I use-I want to share... The first is on the Psychology Today website they have many great self-tests. I had an anxiety test done , and I took the results into my doctor. It was a great help, and he upped my Lexapro bassed on my test.
