Depression and Muscle Tension

Hello, I am Essy from Israel, am 31 years old, suffered from clinical depression since 2000, was diagnosed in 2002, first med i took for depression was a tricycle med called elatrol, since then have been on many SSRI'S, including benzos. At present i am on Effexor XR (Venlafaxine) 225mg.
