Help for a 29-year-old w/ anxiety

Hi, everyone. I suffer from social anxiety. I'm 29, and I have never been able to keep a job for over 8 months. I'm currently unemployed, again. I just can't do it for some reason. I TRY TO LOOK OK DURING A PANIC ATTCK ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I MIGHT DO TO CALM MYSELF??

anixiety..bipolar...and more...
