Struggling

I feel like I am spinning. I don't know what else to do. It just always feels like there is a weight on my chest and I am always on edge. I have seeked help for this and am currently on vailum and Lamictal and it just doesnt seem to help. Does anyone get weird thoughts from anxiety?
