I have lived with anxiety since i got out of the Navy in 1985 got diagnoised with high blood preesure, do have been taking high blood pressuure med. but nas' nt helped my nerves sometimes i am a wreck i have been told by my DR. to see a pycisyistris any recommenedations Thank you Craig
