scared but reaching out

hi all. new here. i am too scared to reach out to people in my little world because emotive and physical intimacy causes me to have anxiety attacks. i want so badly to get to know them because i believe i'm loney, but i feel intense panic when they learn things about me. so that's what brings me here. got advice?
