My evening out ..

Well I did get out last evening .. went to the Classic Car cruise-in .. was a bit nervous , but once I pulled in and saw all the cars , my nervousness went to pure joy ..   I know I went to also mingle , but I took it slow and did a walk through , stopping by each car and admiring most .. smiling and nodding ..   As suggested I did... Read moreChevron

Hoping I don't gain 50 lbs on new meds....

Doc had me on Lexapro untill today - I guess he decided that 10 - 15 showers a day isn't healthy so he changed my medication. Now I will start Xanax and Buspar tomorrow.  I hate tking medication - especially any that states I can gain weight from taking it.... better get my butt to the YMCA.

Trying to end this curse!

I first started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks when I was 18 years old.I am now 47 and want to do something about it.My doctor prescribed Zoloft and Alprazolam which I took for about 3 months.I stopped taking both medications due to side effects.The Zoloft gave me Tinnitus symtoms and Alprazolam made me fall asleep.I would like to see... Read moreChevron
