Barium Swallow

life-long anxieties (many) and chronic depression (Bipolar 2)

Just want to be normal and calm

Hi I am 39 and have been living with anxiety for years...only recently diagnosed with it.  I take lexepro 10mg 1x daily and xanax when needed.....which is and interesting because it feels like I could need it all the time... but I dont. Agoraphobia, panic attacks...
