Trying to end this curse!

I first started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks when I was 18 years old.I am now 47 and want to do something about it.My doctor prescribed Zoloft and Alprazolam which I took for about 3 months.I stopped taking both medications due to side effects.The Zoloft gave me Tinnitus symtoms and Alprazolam made me fall asleep.I would like to see... living with severe anxiety

nightmares

For the last couple of nights I've been having difficulty getting enough sleep. I'll wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning covered in sweat. Working towards a goal.

I'm working on my computer skills which I have been working on for about 5 months now. So far, I've made some great progress and I got in 5 hours of study/class work today!
