Once you are diagnosed with an anxiety disorder it is essential to understand what that means. You should gather as much information as possible and, most importantly, talk with your doctor. Ask your physician or specialist any and all questions that you have about the condition and what that means in terms of living with it and treatments. It is a good idea to go to your appointment prepared with a list of questions. You can also run the information you found elsewhere, like the internet, by them to verify it.
