The workplace is not always the most forgiving environment for someone with anxiety. The pressures and constant interactions at work can trigger your symptoms. However, it is possible to at least minimize the impact work has on your anxiety through therapy, medications or even simple little things like requesting a desk in a quieter corner of the office, doing breathing exercises or listening to relaxing music.
