Some people with anxiety find exercise to be very helpful in reducing their symptoms. Even just 10 minutes of exercise a day can calm or even prevent anxiety, as well as related conditions like depression and stress. Continual exercise can also lead to long-term benefits. Like all therapies, not everyone responds the same to exercise, but the fact that it is also good for overall health and well-being at least merits being tried as a potential treatment.
