Does Vitamin D Help with being able to walk better?

Hi, New to this site...really like it :)...living with MS walk with a cane wondering if there is anyone out there that has difficulty walking...and if the Vitamin D has improvesd it @ all and also does the vitamin affect if you're taking Tysabri :)...sincerely Wondering Woody
