Series of diseases began hitting mid-80's

Body Locks Up On Standing

After sitting awhile, when I stand up, my body locks up and I can't move for up to twenty seconds. I just have to stand there as people watch and wonder. There is no pain.   Does anyone have an idea as to what causes this?

DO NOT PLAY AROUND WITH MEDICATION DOSAGES

I am new here but I've had depression most of my life.Now that I'm going through menopause I am not coping very well to say the least.Is there others dealing with this. Meds can only do so much.I just need some women to connect with dealing with this...

Well I am still alive

Since New Years I have had to deal with jury duty, medication issues, health insurance issues, loan issues, tuition issues, new roommates moving in, working, job hunting, computer hard drive failing, and a new semester of classes.
