Always have high heart rate

Done the EKG, Stress Test, Echo and every heart test, but still 85% of the time my heart rate is 90-110. I cut caffiene out of my diet and have started running and working out 4 days a week for the past 5 months, but still will get that high heart rate. Anyone else deal with this?
