scared but reaching out

hi all. new here. i am too scared to reach out to people in my little world because emotive and physical intimacy causes me to have anxiety attacks. i want so badly to get to know them because i believe i'm loney, but i feel intense panic when they learn things about me. so that's what brings me here. got advice?

My evening out ..

Well I did get out last evening .. went to the Classic Car cruise-in .. was a bit nervous , but once I pulled in and saw all the cars , my nervousness went to pure joy .. Trying to end this curse!

I first started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks when I was 18 years old.I am now 47 and want to do something about it.My doctor prescribed Zoloft and Alprazolam which I took for about 3 months.I stopped taking both medications due to side effects.The Zoloft gave me Tinnitus symtoms and Alprazolam made me fall asleep.I would like to see...
