taking it day by day

my advice is take life one day at a time with your anxiety that is...   i figure i can accomplish more in my day if i am taking it one step at a time.   Why borrow on tomorrow;s troubles, today has enough for me to draw attention to. Keep living your life!! Never give up your dreams!!
