has anyone ever experienced this, it usually happens when im going to sleep or it can happen when i am actually asleep and i am awaken by it. i can't best describe it as a feeling of loosing all control, my mind goes blank, num, then in tense terror sets in, call it fear call it terror, then i get palpatations out of this world and my legs...
