Hi Halkentfeary,

I didn't see anything specifically about heart valve replacements, but there are precautions about Diazepam and several drugs given to heart patients including percodan, inderal and corgard. You can read about medicines commonly prescribed to anxiety patients here in the drugs database. You can also read about drugs commonly prescribed to heart patients here.

I hope this helps! Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!
