I am not sure why you do not want Xanax to show up in a drug test but can assume you do not want your employer to know about your medication or anxiety.
You should take your prescription with you to the test. Your prescription should be taken into account when the results are given to your employer.

Every time this question is ask I get this feeling that the person as fear's of being caught in some sort of way...in any case there is not much you can do about it.
In the end your only cheating yourself being honnest about it will go a long way.
