Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com
There are many different medications available to treat anxiety symptoms. Your doctor may have felt you were not receiving the best care from your previous medications. Since people react differently to different medications, often it is a matter of trial and error to find the right medication, and the right dosage, to best help your symptoms.
Wellbutrin is an antidepressant medication and Xanax is a type of medication known as a benzodiazepine, which helps to reduce anxiety and panic attacks.
Zoloft is also an antidepressant but is also used to treat anxiety, Clonazapam is a benzodizepine, to help control panic attacks.
