Q: LUMPS UNDER SKIN

I HAVE THESE LOTS  OF LUMPS UNDER MY BREAST AREA BUT ABOVE THE NVEL AREA..

THERE ARE SMALL ROUND PEA SIZE AND THEY FEEL HARD TO THE TOUCH.   I CAN RUN MY HANDS ALL OVER MY FRONT AREA AND SO MANY LUMPS ARE THERE......

 

PLEASE HELP AS I AM WORRIED VERY MUCH.

Dorothy - I'm sure you are worried and the very best thing you can do to address that worry is to find out what these are so that you can begin to have them treated. Not knowing what's going on leaves your imagination lots of room to create scary scenarios. Even if you find out that it's something to really worry about at least you can gather all the info you need and start to attack the problem. See your doctor as soon as possible! You will find that actually doing something constructive helps to reduce the worry.

Hi Dorothy,

 

It is best to call a doctor and get a proper diagnosis instead of worrying.  If your lumps are not serious, then you will be relieved.  If they are, then the earlier you get treatment, the better.

 

Here is some information on skin lumps.  However, this information should not replace a trip to the doctor's office!
