im confused

went to one shrink then another each shrink have differant veiws on what meds they want me on,both say i should do a 90 day rehab.well that wont work seeing i have no med ins.help

There are many different medications available to treat anxiety. Which medication a doctor may used would be based upon his or her experience with the particular medication. It is not that one medication is better than another.
As far as not having insurance, you may want to check into the public assistance programs to see if you may be eligible for health insurance through these programs.
