Kalms is advertised as a relaxant that contains Valerian and according to Amy Hendel, one of the experts here at AnxietyConnection, "Valerian is an herb often used for insomnia and it is used by some practitioners for mild anxiety but research on this use is limited."
I would suggest discussing your concerns with your doctor. He or she would be best able to determine what might help you.
