3-7 days.  If taken regularly 1 month.  Best to give self one month and you'll be cool.  Valium is a beast it can hang around for a month and 1/2.  Sucks but unfortunately a fact coming from personal experience.  Best thing to do is don't take it or drink lots of water day before if you know when test is or just drink water in huge amounts everyday to be prepared.  Benzos are the worst when it comes to hanging around so if you have to take something make it opiates.  You're only looking at about 3 days (72) hours.  Hope this helps.  Hang in there and drink plenty of fluids.  It's your best bet.  You can also buy fake urine if they don't watch you piss.  Excuse language.  Hope this helps you babe.
