I am a client at a Methadone clinic.  I have been for almost 3 years.  I do NOT like or do Benzos of any kind regularly.  Up until 2 months ago, I hadn't done them at all.  I have group one day a week and give a couple people rides home and they both do and sell Xanax a lot and offered me a couple blue footballs for giving them a ride.  So, I started taking approx. 2 mg just once a week every other week or so.  I was getting 6 take homes...the max at our clinic and lost all of them after 2 1/2 years of clean urines.  I had a random urine drop less than a day after taking 2mg and of course, it was a dirty urine so I got all my take homes taken away.  That scared me straight but I have court coming up for a shoplifting charge ...arraignment tomorrow with Public Defender.  It is only my second offense in 2 years and before that my record is clean for the past 20 years.  It is a petty theft charge but I am a depressive and anxiety ridden person who is NOT on any anti depressents.  I am trying to get into a psych clinic through my counselor so I can get it under control.  I think I am bi polar.  I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder years ago but never stayed on the anti depressants long enough to allow them to work.  Anyway, because of court coming up I took One 2mg bar on Thursday and the clinic still has yet to do the August mass urine drop.  They do guys on one day and gals on another day so I am guessing sometime this next week..usually tues thru thurs but they could throw us for a loop and do it tomorrow which will be 4 days since I took the single dose.  Prior to that single dose, it was 3 weeks prior that I had taken another single dose so you can see I am not a chronic user.  Unfortunately, I let the stress get the better of me but we just found out that if we piss dirty a second time after losing our take homes, we will be taken to case conferrence and most likely put on a 30 day or less detox.  I am still on 92mg of Methadone a day and that would NOT be good.  I am also worried I will have to do jail time for the petty theft charge so I am a HUGE mess right now.  I do not have a script for Xanax.  The clinic frowns on people who are taking benzos with the methadone because of the danger.  I think they are about to tell people who get them prescribed that they need to pick....that they can't get Methadone anymore if they want to stay on their Benzos.  I really do appreciate the help.  I am trying so hard to get my life together and now that I have my family back, I am afraid I will lose it all again.

Sorry, I misunderstood.  I thought you were taking the urine test for work-related purposes.  I am on 8 different meds, many of them for mental illness, and I used to take Xanax.  On my drug checks at work, they never mentioned any of these meds before or after.
