Online sites are great for getting the information you need to be able to ask all the right questions when you see your doctor, but you should not replace your doctor with online sites. If you feel you are experiencing issues that could be serious, the best thing is to see your doctor.

There are many reasons for being irritable and for having insomnia or trouble sleeping. You could be suffering with stress, you could have some adjustment problems to the change in weather, anything could be the cause.  If you want to check out your symptoms, you can do that here.
