Q: my 92 yr old mom with chronic back pain is taking hydrocodone 3x/day & now is taking lorazepam .5 up to 3x/day. She still has chronic back pain and is somewhat confused. Where do I go now?

She took 200 mg Actiq pops for several days, with 72 hr 12.5 micro Fentenyl patch. Became halluciginic (sp), stopped pops & patch. Just doing above, with TENS unit, ice & heat. As her daughter, I am confused and don't know where to go.
