Thank you for your question and welcome to AnxietyConnection.com.   Lorazepam can be addictive and you should not suddenly stop taking this medication. You should stop only under the direction of a physician. Many times weaning off the medication can eliminate any symptoms of withdrawal.   I am  not a medical professional and would not be able to tell you how long you should stay on this medication.
