Congratulations for using the patches and giving up smoking

i answered this before for somebody else   - they said the dsame thing about panic attacks when  asleep

the patches give u really vivid dreams and maybe the 21mg patch is too muh  depends on how much u smke

before giving up u  could try the lozenges or the gum if u find the patches dont suit u  - but i found them the easiest to use in the short term

Dewalt

I wanted to get back to you on this but I don't know too much about the nicotine patches. I did do some searches on the internet and saw some posts on other forums discussing exactly what you have stated, some of the posts indicate there is a higher risk for panic attacks when nicotine patch is used along with some antidepressant medications.

As the other answer suggested, you might want to try the lozenges or the gum or try a lower dose to see if that works.

Quitting smoking is a stressful thing and I wish you the best of luck in continuing your quest to leave cigarettes behind.
