I used to be fine if I missed a dose of Cymbalta, but in the past couple months, I find that I get the same thing, and I get dizzy and light-headed. Sometimes I feel a little nautious, too, but once I take my meds I am fine. It's not fun, but I think it's just one of the things you have to deal with if on this medication.
