Can meds cause stress and anxiety?

Can MS Contin, Ambien, Nortriptyline and Effexor cause stress and Anxiety? I have been taking these meds for years for fibromyalgia. Lately I have been so stressed and anxious and I was wondering if any of these meds could be part of the problem. Sandy
