myself and my partner are emigrating in 4 weeks and for the past 2-3 months i haven't had one proper nights sleep, When i wake i don't feel like ive slept. my skin is gone really bad and i have absolutely no energy its like everything is a huge effort.
Insomnia can make you feel this way. I would suggest that you learn some relaxation techniques and use them prior to bedtime. I would also suggest that you read the book No More Sleepless Nights by Peter Hauri. If that doesn't help, you may need to consult a therapist that specializes in insomnia.
