Q: extreme exam anxiety

im suffering from extreme exam anxiety,i feel heavy headed, blurred vision,feel that im forgetting what ive learned,learning speed has become very slow,feeling of a blackout...what should i do. can i take alprax .25 mg everyday

Test anxiety can be quite devastating. You can study, know the work and yet completely freeze up during a test. And as you have indicated, there are many other physical symptoms that can be associated with test anxiety.

 

Talk with your doctor about the symptoms you are experiencing. Since I am not a medical professional, I would not be able to advise you on whether or not you could take medication. However, you and your doctor can decide together on whether medication is right for you.
