Is it really all right to take Cymbalta and Topomax at the same time?

My doctor is prescribing both Cymbalta for my anxiety, and Topomax for my migraine headaches. She said there is a risk of serotonin coma, but that it is low. I on the other hand am really nervous about taking these together. Any thoughts or experiences?
