Q: If child has anxiety/separation/refusal to go to school/do you take privledges away

Hello Shari,

I am not a professional in the sence of medical training, but I have suffered these symptoms, and my recommendation is to have the child see a pyhisicain or a mental health professional, as there may be under lying issues as to why.....There could be many different things going on that you may be unaware of, such as different school, bullying peer pressure by other kids.  Taking away privlidges unless may be dangerous, te child may be depressed among what you describe..  Hope this helps.  Pleas keep in touch on ths sight as it is very supportive and helpful.  All the best take care.
