Is Trazodone a narcotic. I am taking it with Abilify. Is that a good combination

I began some therapy and taking Abilify and Trazodone after I had a horrible anxiety attack.  I was so angry with my daughter I couldn't  calm down.  The therapist calmed me down and gave me the drugs above.  Am I foolish to want her to send back to me my grandmother's gold…
