Q: is anyone scared of seeing things with anxiety

I am not sure exactly what you mean by seeing things. Are you currently experiencing hallucinations? Or are you afraid you will experience hallucinations?

 

You also don't indicate whether you are currently receiving treatment for anxiety.

 

I would suggest speaking with your doctor about what you are experiencing. He or she would be better able to determine what course of action is needed, if any.
