A couple nights ago I was suffering from anxiety, well thats what the doctor said. I was seeing things, hearing things, and crying for many hours and I did'nt know why? I went to the emergency at 3:30 in the morning and doctor prescribed me valium. Is this a depression drug? My mom said for me not to take it because it will make me crazy? Is this true?

Good Morning and Welcome to the site, in the link above you will find all the information that you want on valium...No it doesnt make you crazy, this medication tough is higly addictive and are usually prescribe on a short term basis.
