I am not a medical professional, however, a general rule for side effects would be if they are interfering with your daily functions, you should contact your doctor. Therefore, if your increased anxiousness is interfering with your ability to go about your day, you should call your doctor. If you are experiencing depression or thoughts of suicide, you should contact your doctor immediately.

If you are worried by all means contact your doctor. Or you can also call the pharmacist to see if this is a normal side effect. The other thing I would suggest is to keep a written log of your mood and anxiety and when this occurs and how it manifests. This way you can present this information to your doctor.
